File:Arranger Mini Tutorial 3.jpg|3. We’re in the default arranger view On the left side are the pad and track headers/indicators. By default, each pad header shows the number corresponding to the Zynpad view and the instrument chain that is assigned to it. The black numbered bars are the default patterns (currently empty). Unfortunately, arranger in its current state does not indicate which patterns hold sequences. The bottom-left corner shows the pattern selector, this gets used once we start arranging patterns.

File:Arranger Mini Tutorial 5.jpg|5. Here in the pattern editor you should see the (hopefully) familiar piano roll grid view. Feel free to enter your own pattern or add as shown. You may find it faster to use a touchscreen or mouse if available rather than the encoders. This is 16ths on ‘e + a’ like a synthwave style bass, leaving space on the quarter notes for a kick.
