The stable instance, https://os.zynthian.org/zynthianos-last-stable.zip takes you so far to configuration.
You get the option of Zynaptik configuration for analogue inputs and outputs.

But the Digital ins and outs arent' configurable as they don't appear in the webconf display...

THis does allow you to configure analog inputs. For instance the 4 analog inputs can be connected to the inputs and upon choosinf an MIDI CC they can be allocted to a specific parameter in the GUI interface.
So a Volume pedal can be added and assigned to the Audio input settings for overall volume.
